The Photographer's Guide to Puget Sound and Northwest Washington

by Rod Barbee

There are many sites I wanted to include in this book, but because of space limitations (had to keep it to 96 pages) I was unable to include them all. Some probably should have been cut, but others were very painful to leave out.

Some of those places include Steven's Pass, the Railroad Museum in Snoqualmie, Snoqualmie Falls and more. Probably the most difficult decision was to cut the entire Mt. Rainier chapter. But since Rainier is actually more in central Washington than the Puget Sound basin, I guess it made sense to take it out. I guess.

Anyway, on these web pages I'll be publishing some of what didn't make it into the book. As time permits I'll add images and maps and more locations

Mt. Rainier National Park Additional photos. Because of space constraints, many of these pictures did not make it into the book. But here they are to help you visualize some of the sites.

Some of my favorites. A list of favorites from sunrise spots to ice cream spots.

Resources. A list of some additional resources to help plan a trip to the area or a photo outing.
