Payment and cancellation policies
Unless specified otherwise, lodging, food, transportation, etc. are not included in the workshop price.
Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of $200 ($400 for Triple "D" workshops) is required with the balance due sixty (60) days prior to the workshop.
If full payment has not been received by 60 days prior to the workshop, your spot may be forfeit (in which case, your deposit would be refunded).
Preferred payment method is by check or money order.
Checks returned
for insufficient funds are subject to a $20 processing fee.
We can take PayPal payments for deposits. PayPal payments for payment in full or for the balance will be subject to a 3% processing fee. Contact Don for details.
To sign up, simply send your check for either the deposit or the full amount. Include a note telling me which workshop you're signing up for. If paying by PayPal, include that information during the payment process. Upon payment, I'll issue an invoice for your records.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel 90 days or more prior to the workshop, all monies, except deposit, will be refunded.
If you cancel 60-90 days prior to workshop 50% of monies, except deposit, will be refunded.*
If you cancel less than 60 days prior to the workshop, there is no refund.*
We reserve the right to cancel the workshop due to insufficient registration. In such a case, all monies collected, including deposits will be refunded. If the workshop is cancelled, you will be notified at least 60 days in advance.
If the workshop is cancelled due to instructor illness,
natural disaster, or other uncontrollable reasons, all monies will be refunded.
We cannot be held responsible for other associated costs, such as travel expenses, and we therefore recommend trip insurance.
*If we can fill your spot, all money, minus $50 processing fee, will be refunded.
